Kaitlyns prior experience includes working as an EMT for Lakes Region EMS, New River Medical Center EMS, and North Memorial in Brainerd. She has worked as a 911 dispatcher for both Hennepin County and Crow Wing County where she was a Certified Training Officer, and has served as an EMT on her local volunteer fire department where she also assisted in public relations and community outreach events. Kaitlyn currently works for Life Link III Air Medical Transport as the Partner Engagement Manager for their Brainerd, Alexandria, and Detroit Lakes bases. Rex obtained his degree in Paramedic Technology from Bismarck State College in North Dakota. He has served in various roles in public safety to include 911 dispatch, Emergency Medical Dispatch, Captain on a volunteer fire department, and 14+ years full-time on an ALS ambulance service.
